Mike is a Robotics and Automation Technologist from BCIT. His experience in equipment support dates back over 20 years and includes everything from large scale industrial equipment, to computer programming. Mike’s extensive experience includes:

> bio-medical research equipment maintenance and support

> machine vision system development and integration

> heavy duty equipment control troubleshooting and repair

> automotive and all-terrain vehicle maintenance and repair

Mike specializes in electro-mechanical troubleshooting, integration and modifications. He often can solve some of the most troublesome issues and get you back on track quickly.

Ruth has a Masters in Business Management from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, with a specialism in Strategic Planning. Having started her career in the wine industry in New Zealand 24 years ago, Ruth moved to the Okanagan 12 years ago and during her time here, she has been an integral part in the creation and leadership of both boutique and large wineries. Her experience includes:

> Creation of business case for investors

> Development of systems and procedures

> Creation of business plan and long term forecasting

> Evaluation of financials and identification of efficiencies, cost savings and growth opportunities
